ki kriya Terms and Conditions

Section 1 — General Terms

ki kriya is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed for users in Bangladesh. These terms constitute a legal agreement between ki kriya and the user. By accessing the platform, you agree to comply with all the terms set out below.

Only those who are able and willing to comply with these terms have the right to use ki kriya's services. If any term is breached, ki kriya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close that account at any time.

In these terms, "platform", "service" or "site" refers to the kikriya.cam website and its associated mobile application. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any registered or unregistered visitor.

Section 2 — Account Registration

To fully use ki kriya's services, creating an account is required. During registration, users must provide accurate and truthful information.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• The name, mobile number and identity information provided during registration must be genuine.
• Account details must not be shared with any third party.
• The member is solely responsible for keeping their password secure.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

ki kriya may request identity verification from a member at any time. This process may require copies of a national ID card, passport or other government-issued documents. If a member does not cooperate with the verification process, their account may be temporarily suspended.

Section 3 — Age Limit and Eligibility

All gaming and betting services on ki kriya are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the services.

To be an eligible member, further conditions must be met: the member must access the platform from Bangladesh and must not currently have any ki kriya account that has been closed or banned.

Section 4 — Deposit and Withdrawal

The following mobile banking methods are supported for transactions on the ki kriya platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits may only be made from a mobile banking account registered in the member's own name.
• Funds sent from a third-party account are not accepted and will be returned.
• Once a deposit is completed, the opportunity for reconsideration is limited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour of the request being submitted.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking number used at the time of deposit.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the wagering requirement must be met (see Section 5).
• Large withdrawal amounts may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

Section 5 — Bonuses and Promotions

ki kriya offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and it is important to read them carefully.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be treated as "free money" — they cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Each promotion is valid within a specific time period.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated.
• If bonus abuse or unusual betting patterns are detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
• ki kriya reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

5.3 Other Promotions

Weekly Play Rewards, ki kriya Slots Festival, Cricket Season Joy, Birthday Special Gift and Refer a Friend — each of these promotions has its own participation terms. The minimum deposit, wagering rate and availability period may differ for each promotion.

Section 6 — Gaming Rules

ki kriya offers various types of games including slots, live casino, sports betting and fishing games. The rules specific to each game category apply.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If a bet or game is not completed due to a technical error, the amount for that bet will be refunded.
• In sports betting, the odds set by ki kriya are final and ki kriya's decision is binding in the event of any dispute.
• ki kriya is not responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection.

6.2 Game Errors and Dispute Resolution

If there is an objection to a game result, the support team must be notified within 24 hours. ki kriya will review all information and make a decision, which will be final.

Section 7 — Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ki kriya platform and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false or incorrect information.
• Participating in unusual betting patterns by exploiting the bonus system.
• Using any software, bot or automation tool to operate games.
• Attempting to access another member's account.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability in the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering or suspicious financial activities.
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other users.

Section 8 — Account Suspension and Closure

ki kriya reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• At the direction of a legal or regulatory authority.

A member may also request closure of their account at any time through the ki kriya support team. Any pending bets at the time of account closure will be settled first.
